Natalie Weinmann wird am Mittwoch, 24.10.2018 um 19:30 in E.01.23 im Neubau 1.OG der Kunstakademie München einen Vortrag halten.
Natalie Weinmann graduated in MASTER OF EUROPEAN DESIGN at the Stuttgart State Academy of Art and Design in 2013. As part of this international BA/MA program, she studied additionally at ENSCI – Les Ateliers in Paris and at the AALTO University (TAIK) in Helsinki. A Schoolarship for Graduates was given to her by the state Baden-Württemberg in Germany in 2013.
Her projects illustrate her interdisciplinary skills and her experimental method of working. The outcomes reflect her curiosity and interest in other disciplines such as art or architecture. Inspired by those fields, she finds new connections to product design in both, an experimental and a concrete manner.
She gained work experience in craft, design and architecture in renowned offices such as ADJAYE ASSOCIATES in London and STEPHEN WILLIAMS ASSOCIATES in Hamburg.
After working a couple of years in Hamburg she currently moved back to Stuttgart (GER) to continue her work as a freelance designer and for tutoring as Professor Assistant at the ‘KLASSE FÜR GRUNDLAGEN DER GESTALTUNG’ at the State Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Stuttgart.
